Chef GT Lundie, previously of such esteemed eateries as Browns in Rivonia and Roots at the Cradle of Humankind, is realising a long-held dream with the opening of his own restaurant, Orange, in Nelspruit.

GT combines his classical background with an innovative approach to food, to create fresh and modern dishes.

Drawing inspiration from his food-loving friends as well as his passion for French classics, diners can expect such interesting and unfussy combinations as wok-tossed calamari with chorizo and bok choi, braised belly of pork with garlic roast potatoes and plum cream, or mouthwatering desserts such as coffee brûlée with espresso jelly and pistachio biscotti.
