Its almost time for one of the years most stylish celebrations of fine food and eating out as the Taste of Cape Town festival hits the Mother City.
From 3 – 6 April food-lovers can indulge in sublime morsels from some of the Capes most revered restaurants as they each prepare and serve a mouthwatering selection of sample-size signature dishes.
Participating restaurants include such respected heavyweights as Aubergine, Bread and Wine, Bukhara, Cape Colony, Catharina’s (Steenberg Estate), Cassia, Jardine, Le Quartier Français, Myoga, onewaterfront (Cape Grace), Salt, Terroir, theshowroom, Wakame and Wangthai.
Apart from savouring tasty teasers, visitors can also sharpen their culinary skills at the Chefs Theatre, delight in beer masterclasses at the Beer Academy, or rub shoulders with true connoisseurs while pairing food and wine at the Wine Academy.
