Fine food and wine at The Grace

On Tuesday 15 April, The Dining Room at The Grace in Rosebank will treat food-lovers in Joburg to an evening of fine food and wine in cooperation with the Wyckedd range of products and Middelvlei wines.

Diners can look forward to such exotic creations as ravioli with dried apple and wild mushroom chutney, and cardamon syrup or pan-fried Scottish salmon with a warm baby root vegetable annd leek salad, red pepper and smoked paprika dressing and wasabi jelly, expertly prepared by resident chef Raymond Rundle using the Wyckedd range of preserves, chutneys and jellies.

Also meet winemaker Tinnie and viticultirist Ben Momberg, and mingle with Rolf and Emma Cyrus,  owners of Wyckedd and authors of the Wonderfully Wyckedd Food cookbook.

The evening costs R400 per person and includes a tasting of six Middelvlei wines.
