New Menu at Pure

Pure restaurant at the opulently refurbished Hout Bay Manor, is warming up for winter with its brand new winter menu.

Executive Chef Alex Mueller aims to entice guests with  delicacies such as carpaccio of duck breast and beef fillet with fondant of Chester cheese; cinnamon smoked sashimi of tuna with avocado and wasabi ice-cream; and Mozambique prawn in crunchy potato crust with tomato and vanilla for starters.

Mains will take you on a world-wide journey with flavours from the exotic East and the more familiar Mediterranean, with touches of Southern African flair: think lamb loin with oriental spices on butternut, or a duo of lobster and scallops with polenta-tomato tart.
