On 11 June join ReD restaurant in Greenside for an evening of superb wine and gourmet treats as chef Nick Newman creates a gourmet seven course menu which will be paired with wines from the Stellenbosch area by Evan Alexander from Waterford Estate.

Spice Route wooded Chenin Blanc matched with ricotta, spinach and fine herb tortellini

Bouchard Finlayson Missionvale Chardonnay accompanied by snapper with a passionfruit emulsion

Thelema Reserve Merlot served with a duck and cherry pie

Rust en Vrede Shiraz paired with pork belly and sichuan pepper

The penultimate wine will be the elusive Waterford Jem blend featured with wild mushroom encrusted beef fillet and a foie gras and truffle reduction

The finale will remain a secret until the night.
The evening will commence at 18:30 and booking is essential as only 20 seats are available at a cost of R340 per person.
