Calling all gourmands, gourmets and foodies in Johannesburg – The Sunday Times Food Show hits the Sandton Convention Centre from 3-6 July, 2008!

This year, join BBC celebrity chefs Reza Mahammad, Gino DAcampo and Ching-He Huang for a celebration of international cuisines that encapsulate each others native Indian,  Italian and Chinese origins – representing the global trend of lending from other cultures cuisines and techniques.

The shows action packed food programme will include some exciting live cooking by the three celebrity chefs – including a collaborative effort to create a global banquet for the audience to enjoy.

Beyond food and wine this years show will also incorporate culinary-related lifestyle elements including kitchenware, cookery books, gadgetry, appliances and homeware.
