Much-loved Franschhoek eatery, Bouillabaisse, will soon be opening a branch in Cape Town
After running Bouillabaisse Franschhoek for more than 3 years, we felt it was time for another, even bigger challenge, says Camil Haas, chef and co-owner (with wife Ingrid) of the Bouillabaisse concept.
The restaurant will be located at the soon to be launched Epicurean Food Emporium in Green Point – the brainchild of Conrad Gallagher.
The Epicurean Food Emporium aims to launch before the end of the year, bringing Capetonians a neighbourhood market vibe with a variety of gourmet delicacies offered in a warm, friendly, and highly professional atmosphere.
Bouillabaisse is the first eatery to officially come on board, with Crepe Suzette – a new Parisian-style creperie – also in tow.
