On Tuesday 27 January, 24 Chefs from across the globe competed in the prestigious international chefs competition, Bocuse dOr 2009.
The 28-year old Chef Geir Skeie (pictured) of Restaurant Mathuset Solvold in Sandefjord, Norway, walked away as the winner.
For over twenty years now, the Bocuse dOr has given chefs from all around the world the chance to stage their gourmet creations in the manner of a haute couture fashion show, in the hopes of winning the coveted €20,000 award.
