One&Only Cape Town, Sol Kerzner’s exclusive new urban resort has oenophiles and foodies lining up to delight in two new restaurants and an impressive Wine Loft.

Gordon Ramsay’s maze restaurant and the first Nobu in Africa will whip up excitement in local food lovers, while the wine collection and tastings promised are equally notable.

Over 5 000 bottles of wine will be showcased in a magnificent glass library (pictured). Nearly 100 labels will be available by the glass, and tasting sessions will be offered at the Chef’s Table, with Ramsay’s tapas-style dishes in accompaniment.

Boutique wines along with prestigious older vintages will be available from the 450 South African and 150 international wines on offer. Highlights include rare SA vintages like the Warwick Trilogy 1988 and sought after rare imports such as the Chateau Lafit 1979 and Cheval Blanc 1985.
