Salt Restaurant in Cape Town is welcoming winter with a mouth-watering lineup of gourmet evenings.
Planned for the last Thursday of every month until the end of October, the evenings will be a relaxed affair offering four courses prepared by Chef Dave Winton, with each dish accompanied by wines from the featured estate.
The lineup will include wines from the Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Riebeek-Kasteel regions, with the following estates featured:
