Recently revamped, the Lingela restaurant at Durbans Elangeni Hotel now boasts a scrumptious seafood buffet on Friday nights. Aiming to recreate the lavish spreads of the past, there are more than 90 dishes on offer. Apart from items like Norwegian salmon and Namibian oysters, there are some concessions to carnivores with Greek-style lamb, a stir-fry station and curries.
