The Central University of Technologys Hotel School in Bloemfontein offers pocket pleasing light lunches at its training restaurant, Lettuce Eat.
Experience the cooking of aspiring Michelin chefs who prepare a range of tasty treats under the guidance of experienced chef, Suné Niemand.
Lunches are designed to test students’ skills and range from a basic pizza Caprese (R30) to pasta pronto (R30) – chicken on penne pasta with creamy blue cheese, roasted butternut and homemade chutney.
For dessert, try the coconut crème brûlée (R20) served with biscuits – its perfect with coffee.
The restaurant is open Tuesday to Thursday from 12:00 to 14:00 for lunch.
