Devotees of Boschendal's stellar range of wines have something to toast: the estate has added two new bubblies to its repertoire.
Created by resident winemaker, Lizelle Gerber, Boschendal's newly launched Pavillon range includes two Method Cap Classiques. The light, salmon-hued Le Grand Pavillon Brut Rosé is an easy-drinking, versatile bubbly, equally suited to champagne breakfasts and late-night soirees, and the elegant, creamy Grande Cuvée Brut is a tipple of choice for special occasions.
Even better news is that these effervescent beauties will be adding sparkle and sophistication to this year's Prudential Eat Out Awards. A reason to pop the corks, indeed.
