Peter Tempelhoff cooks at Cirque Culinaire

While his restaurant was being named seventh in the top 10 at the 2009 Prudential Eat Out Awards on Sunday evening, Peter Tempelhoff was probably sleeping off a hard days work in Tokyo. Between 20 and 22 November, the executive chef of The Greenhouse at The Cellars collaborated with 19 other world-renowned chefs and wine industry professionals in the Cirque Culinaire, a showcase of epicurean excellence.
