Woo with Vanilla and wine

Vanilla Restaurant and four leading Cape wineries have created a special rosé-inspired Valentines Day menu for lovebirds. Owner Nigel Newhouse and chef Evan Coosner have created a rosy-hued four-course feast and paired it with rosé wines from Dornier Wines, Kleine Zalze, Kloovenburg and Riebeek Cellars.
