Glam romance at Fairlawns

Book a table at the hotels restaurant, The Terrace, for an opulent Valentines night.

For R480 per person you will dine beneath the stars, from a special  menu prepared by Chef Alicia Giliomee.

The evening will begin with a glass of sparkling wine. This is followed by a crayfish bisque with saffron grissini. Then, a tomato tart tatin and basil semi freddo.

The next course is quail and truffle ballontine complemented by a thyme foam. Then, a choice of slow roasted duck with caramelised oranges and wilted bok choi or grilled beef Rossini.

Dessert is chocolate and meringue torte with organic raspberry coulis accompanied by Napoleon’s aphrodisiac hand-crafted friandise and coffee.
