Marco Nico has sold his interest in the top-rated Marcopaulo in Mount Edgecombe to partner Paul Sheppard, who has effectively been running the business for the past few months.

Marco, who has moved on from more restaurants than anyone dares to remember, plans to back out of the business to go farming in the Midlands. And market his own line of sausages. Watch this space…
