Vintage menu revival at Harvey’s

Andrew Draper has resurrected a menu of old favourites from Harvey’s early Goble Road days, which are now available in addition to the lengthy à la carte list at his chic venue opposite Mitchell Park.

The vintage selection – the recipes for which have been tweaked and updated – includes dishes such as snails in a gorgonzola and shiitake mushroom sauce, topped with rounds of puff pastry, and angel-hair pasta with smoked salmon and triple sec and chive hollandaise.
