On 1 and 2 May, the Brightwater Commons will literally be awash with thousands of oysters.

There are 24 000 of the delicacies to get through at this year’s Oyster, Wine & Food Festival. The good news doesn’t end there though: there will also be participating wine estates at the festival and cooked oyster dishes to sample.
