Lynn Angel lives up to her name with the heavenly meals she prepares at her private dinner club at CapeAngel guesthouse in Newlands, Cape Town.

Dining at @3 Fig is like going to a dinner party at your most stylish friend’s house, but with much better food.

The menu changes every week depending on chef Neill’s selection of the day’s freshest ingredients. On the wine side, wine enthusiast David Wibberley (the founder of borde(aux)room) will be matching the wines.

The four-course dinners take place every week on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Fridays or Saturdays are available upon request for groups of 12 or more people.

In warm weather, dinner is served on the covered patio outside, and when it’s a bit chilly, it’s served in the library.

 Arrive between 19:15 and 19:45 for a welcome drink and canapés.
