Heston Blumenthal made a turn at La Colombe this week and complimented the team for a ‘totally memorable dining experience’.

Heston Blumenthal is the chef/patron of the world famous Fat Duck restaurant in the U.K.

Heston was inspired to come to La Colombe when he met Luke The San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants of the World awards – where La Colombe was awarded 12th place.

Heston is described as a culinary alchemist for his innovative style of cuisine. His restaurant is a three Michelin-starred restaurant, which has regularly ranked among the Top 10 restaurants in the World.
