In addition to its recently launched spa and luxury lodges, Franschhoeks Delaire Graff Estate has now opened an Asian-inspired eatery to complement its already existing Delaire Graff Estate Restaurant.
Under the helm of executive chef Christiaan Campbell, Indochine features a contemporary, Thai-inspired menu boasting produce mainly sourced from local organic farms and the estates on-site greenhouse. Signature dishes include tiger prawns poached in tom yum, lemongrass, chilli and coriander with ponzu; seared scallops with mirin and soy emulsion, Chinese cabbage and sea urchin; and duck breast with red Thai curry, litchi and pickled Asian greens. For something sweet, diners can expect the likes of tropical fruit terrine with green tea and lime sorbet.
