Eric Bulpitt , the new chef at Jardine, is itching to get over to Noma (number one in The S.Pellegrino Worlds 50 Best Restaurants 2010)  for a six week stage – a period in which a chef works briefly, and for free, in another chefs kitchen to be exposed to new techniques and cuisines. Savvy Eric has decided to run a competition to help get himself to Copenhagen.

Here are the details:

Win an exclusive weekend for 10 people at Blue View luxury accommodation villa in Camps Bay during October 2010. The 10 guests will get to experience the villas five sumptuous en-suite double rooms, and Eric will prepare a foodie’s dream feast on the first night. The prize is valued at over R40 000.
