Going Dutch

The College of Cape Town and the King Willem I College in Netherlands have collaborated to bring you Eten ZA/NL, a recipe book that is a culinary merge of South Africa and the Netherlands.

As well as delving into the shared culinary history of the Afrikaans and the Dutch, township cuisine is also highlighted, and in particular, Mzoli’s.

The official launch of the book is on Thursday, 29 July at the College of Cape Town City Campus.
