Fusion in Silverton Road on the Berea in Durban is now serving breakfast on Saturdays from 8am.

The fare ranges from the traditional to the likes of a caramelised onion, tomato and feta tart with rocket; salmon and creamed eggs on a toasted croissant with an avo and a lemon, dill and spring onion sauce; frittatas with butternut, spinach and leeks, and a smoked salmon and wasabi muffin. Definitely worth a try!
