Spier launches bubbly beauty

Spier Wine Estate in Stellenbosch has just released its Méthode Cap Classique Brut. Created by Spier Cellar Master Frans Smit, the bubbly's aromas of freshly baked brioche, Granny Smith apples and lime makes it an exquisite aperitif, full-bodied food partner, and excellent party starter.

Reflecting Spier Estate's holistic approach, the MCC's filigreed gold label was inspired by the symmetry and balance of the round Mandala symbols of Hinduism and Buddhism. The fish and ducks symbolise Spier's focus on water sustainability, the coral flower denotes biodiversity and the insects illustrate the estate's natural farming ethos.

Spier Méthode Cap Classique Brut is available on the estate, selected national retailers and online at www.store.spierwines.co.za.
