The Western Cape's recipients of the Diners Winelist Awards were announced on 13 September.
The award for the best wine list in the country was shared between Zachary’s Restaurant and Bosman’s Restaurant (pictured). The platinum award went to The Turbine Hotel & Spa. Glenroy du Plessis from Bosman’s Restaurant received the best wine steward award.
The judging panel consisted of The Cape Wine Academy's founder Dave Hughes, Roussouw's Restaurants editor JP Roussouw, former WINE magazine editor Fiona MacDonald and wine critic and former principal of The Cape Wine Academy, Christine Rudman, among others.
