Amazing experience, the service was good and the food unforgettable. My fillet cooked to perfection and all my extra requests were met. Will defiantly be back for more and the great staff

I heard very positive things about Fire & Ice and made a reservation for Friday 22/08/2014 to celebrate a friend's birthday. I made the reservations telephonically and I was told that someone would call me to confirm my reservation. No one called and my attempts to confirm were futile because I was just put on hold indefinitely. Anyways, thinking that I had a reservation (because I had in fact made one) I get to Fire & Ice on time and was told that they do not have tables available. I advised that I had made a reservation. Initially the hostess told me that I my name was not on the list. when I insisted that she check again, she told me that it seems that there was another Natasha who said that she had a reservation and they gave my reservation to her! She didn't even attempt to accommodate us even though I made a reservation and the error was on their part, she didn't even apologise!!! I was left utterly confused. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

For the past 2 years I wanted to book at Fire and ice restaurant and every time they are fully booked. .. which I understand. I decided to book in December 2013 for Feb just so that we can have a booking. 2 days before the time I phoned again to confirm my booking. ... They don't have my name on the list. They are fully booked and can't even squeeze us in. 2 days before Valentines day and we don't have any place to go to. .. this is unexceptable... I'm upset that they messed up and won't go out of their way to fix it and remain customer satisfaction. ..

The experience at Fire and Ice left much to be desired. The service from the waiters was poor and we had to wait close to an hour for the food to arrive after ordering. When the food did arrive, even hunger could not mask how terrible it was. The meat overdone and the vegetables cooked to death with no taste. Wouldn't suggest this place to anyone and truly would not return.
