The Col’Cacchio pizzeria Celebrity Chef Series 2011 has entered its 2nd month. Renowned bush cook and presenter of Cooked in Africa, Justin Bonello will be debuting his greengenie pizza for the month of June.

His vegetarian gourmet pizza, The greengenie is served on a wholewheat base and contains roasted Beetroot, Butternut and Garlic, Shitake Mushrooms, Danish Feta topped with fresh Rocket, toasted Seeds, Avo and a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze. With every celebrity pizza sold, R5 will be donated to the Sustainable Communities Programme run by the Wildlands Conservation Trust, the non-profit organisation striving to maintain South Africa’s beautiful natural heritage.
