Addicted to MasterChef SA yet? We were happy to see Michael Broughton, chef at Top 10 restaurant Terroir on last night’s episode, demonstrating his beautiful, simple interpretation of fish. Coco Reinarz, chef at Sel et Poivre, also made an appearance with his fiendishly tricky rack of lamb in the pressure test.
