Professional reviews, the Top 10 restaurants in the country, and hot tips on everything from the best restaurants with fireplaces to where to find the best chilli poppers, will be supplemented with reviews for the top butchers, bakers and artisan cheese makers around the country, a good dollop of recipes and a second awards ceremony for the producers of top artisan produce in South Africa.
