The Creamery first turned on the churn nearly one year ago and have since become the ice cream du jour of Cape Town foodies. These ice-cream dream-makers produce natural hand-made ice cream, using only local, seasonal, environmentally- and animal-friendly ingredients. The result is interesting (and insanely delicious) flavours like jasmine blossom, fig leaf, basil, naartjie, choc chip and salted caramel. And the legendary peanut butter ice cream! They also offer ice cream sandwiches and ice lollies. The latter is only available on hot days only – look out for the yoghurt swirl pops, lemonade lollies and the chocolate creamsicles.
