It was really an absolutely wonderful experience, with friendly staff, delicious food that was generous servings!

Tucked away near montecasino it is easy to miss if you do not see the sign.It was packed on a weekday night,the restaurant had a wonderful ambience .Had calamari tagliatelle arriving in big bowl and it was a generous portion,food was lovely ,not much calamari in overall dish but enough .

Good portion sizes and quick service. This place has a slightly French, but mostly homely, neighbourhood feel to it. Their food is good, I especially liked the "bunny chow", a brioche bun stuffed to overflow with spicy chicken livers and a side of scrambled eggs. Shout-out to their plain croissant - flaky and buttery. Avoid the variants of almond or chocolate though, the almond tasted overpowering of almond liqueur and the chocolate was dense and heavy.

The food and ambience is outstanding! Similar menu to their sister restaurant "Throbbing Strawberry" in Douglasdale. (the food and decor is just a lot nicer)

Ratedô This has been my 2nd bad experience at Mon Petite. The service and blaze manner in which complaints are handled by management is dismal. My first experience was when we agreed to sit on the outside area with a gas heater at our table (6 patrons), into our meal a new group of patrons joined he outside seating area and the Manager moved the heater to their table. Our waitress spotted this and was embarrassed by the event so she brought back the heater, the Manager then reprimanded our waitress and took away the heater. We sat there is total dismay, finished our meal and on our way out expressed our shock to the Manager and all he did was roll his eyes ! …Yesterday was my 2nd experience, had our mains, ordered dessert and also ordered a pizza to take away. Had our dessert, paid for the meal and asked for the pizza, the waiter went off, could see him talking to chef and it was apparent that my order went missing. The waiter hovered at the pizza station leaving us waiting for 10 mins. I called for the Manager, he came said that the pizza will be ready in 2 mins. He went too went to the pizza chef and waited there for another 10 mins. The Manager did not come back to let us know what is going on, did not see him again. I was now late, sent a message to cancel the order and requested a refund for the pizza, the waiter came back just to do the refund. I Cannot believe that I had paid a tip for that service ! Clearly customer service in not important to Mon Petite, we will not be back !
