It was a pleasure for me to experience such quality and understanding of making an absolute superb dish.The souffles are made to perfection and that is no easy dish...I have tried and failed.

Country cuisine with a French influence. The Andros Boutique Hotel is a gracious Cape Dutch homestead, dating from the early 1900s and designed by Sir Herbert Baker which is set in large, mature, park-like gardens. Positioned in the heart of Claremont, one of Cape Towns beautiful Southern Suburbs, The Andros has been lovingly restored and updated, carefully preserving its old-world charm. Gourmet breakfasts are served on the sun-bathed terrace, overlooking the vast gardens and pool. Unwind after a busy day with an al fresco dinner and a glass of excellent Cape wine on the candle-lit patio or in the cosy dining room.
