Karoo cooler

A refreshing drink for balmy evenings.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

200ml Oude Meester Demant brandy
400ml Fruits of the Karoo Aloe & Prickly Pear juice
400ml Fruits of the Karoo Aloe & Buchu juice
400ml ginger ale
80ml rooibos syrup
ice cubes
(optional) 1 prickly pear

Method

Combine the brandy and two juices in a cocktail shaker, and shake well. Add ice to each glass, divide the mix equally amongst the four glasses and top each with 100ml of ginger ale. Drizzle the rooibos syrup in each glass and garnish with a slice of prickly pear.
