Pink Pigeon punch

This sweet pink punch, made with vanilla-spiced rum, is great for summer celebrations.

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients

200ml Pink Pigeon vanilla spiced rum

2 sliced lemons

20ml agave syrup

200ml watermelon juice

ginger ale

slices of watermelon

Method

Place ice (as desired) as well as the Pink Pigeon, juice of two lemons, agave nectar and watermelon juice into a jug. Fill with ginger beer and garnish with watermelon slices.
