Breakfasts consist of a well stocked continental buffet and an interesting array of cooked breakfast options.
Light lunches (think fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps) are available on request, but the piece du resistance of any stay at The Sands is a three-course candle-lit dinner.
While the a la carte menu has an eclectic range of options, guests would do well to sample one of the many seafood dishes on offer – not only to taste some of the freshest seafood in the country, but also to experience the restaurant's’ speciality. To complete the meal, the staff are happy to recommend a bottle (or two) of fine South African wine from the well-stocked Director’s Cellar.
