This heritage site hosts an integrated space with a fine dining restaurant, combined with an exclusive wine and whiskey lounge with historical artefacts. The restaurant is named after the Dutch ship that brought the Fouches, to the Cape form Amsterdam in 1688. The restaurant serves breakfast and light lunches, during the day and fine dining from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. The culinary experience is enhanced by the renowned chef Mariette.
