The different dishes are prepared and presented one after the other. We strive to prepare seafood perfectly, and to serve it immediately thereafter. This guarantees freshly prepared seafood on the plate – an absolute must for exceptional seafood. Relax and wind down – they dine nearly for three hours.

Guests should not expect hand-crafted crystal glasses, or silver cutlery – you are on the beach, and they do it as they would along the West Coast. If you do not think you’ll like it, or if you are of the opinion that you deserve more from life, you will most definitely be more at ease in a fancy French restaurant.
