A Tamboerskloof neighbourhood favourite; this cafe is perfect for breakfast on a sunny weekend morning. The coffee is consistently very good (choose the local roast rather than the boring Italian one!) and served on quirky hand-written saucers. There aren't a lot of breakfast options (the Full Monty which is a full farm breakfast, or the Baby Monty which is eggs, bacon, tomato and toast), but what they do serve is delicious and very well-priced. The kitchen is very accommodating of dietary adjustments, and service is generally helpful and cheerful.
