Worst ever service from the sushi chef. Second time I'm visiting this branch that he is not on duty. He arrived 2 hours after his starting time. Who is managing this shop? I won't be coming here anymore.

We ordered take-out over the phone and were a little take aback by the service we received. We wanted to order a starter that included chicken spring rolls, and asked to substitute these for Veg ones (not anymore expensive than chicken, right?). The lady, who was in fact the manager, told us this wasn't possible for stock take reasons.. really - two spring rolls? We thought the idea was to please the customer, not make them feel like an inconvenience for requesting a change.

When we collected the order, we asked to pay for our friend's order at the same time but were told we had to make two separate transactions on our card as the orders were under two different waitresses' tabs. Surely you sort this kind of thing out afterwards and don't inconvenience your customers with internal issues?

On the plus side, the food made up for the rather abrupt service.
