By far the worst service ever experienced at any restaurant. Confused waiters, no teapots, not enough staff, lack of any working system when taking orders. Waited an hour to receive a milkshake, my wife waited even longer for tea, we asked 4 times for water and still never received it. Hot chocolate had to be sent back as it was cold. All management could do was apologize for short staff. Really disappointing service from a brand that has really gone down in quality over the years. We will never go back to the Dros Willowbridge ever again.Notifications
