We were at Dros Willowbridge on Friday, 24th November , 2017. I actually have nothing good to say about our experience there. We ordered the Seafood Platter for 2. Worst mistake, fish was so dry, the prawns were broken and very very dry and oily, the calamari i had to asked twice for crumbed and still did not received it as i ordered it, had to send it back. i don't even have words for how the mussels looked and tasted. i had to ask 3 times to speak to the manager, and she said they do have problems in the kitchen??? a warning before i order would be nice. after a long week we just wanted to relax and this was the service that we got. i refused to pay R295 for this poor quality of food, the manger did apologise and took it of our bill. i will never go back to that Dros!!!!Notifications
