What an exceptionally awful experience! Besides the filth in the restaurant - we had dead flies all around our table, together with live flies all over the window next to us and dirty linen on the table. We were the only people in the restaurant. My toasted chicken mayonnaise had me gagging and retching on the first bite. Upon complaining, the owner came over and aggressively told me that I was the problem and the food was fine and proceeded to put my plate down in front of me. I politely asked for it to be removed. It was then brought back again and a general ask if anyone at the table wanted to eat my food!! Again, I politely asked for it to be removed. My husband and I had 4 special needs teenagers with us, by the way, so one keeps things calm. However, my son went wondering around this very empty restaurant and upon reaching the owner's office door, politely asking her if this was her office, telling her how nice it was, my son was chased from her office to our table at which point the owner chose to scream at my son and yelling about how rude he was. Upon informing her of his special needs, she continued to scream at him. I don't tolerate strangers in any industry bringing tears to my special needs teenager - and especially not on his birthday celebration after a wonderful time at Acrobranch. This place should seriously now be shut down!!
