J’Something’s strawberry date smoothie

This sweet strawberry smoothie makes a great summer breakfast on the go.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 date

8 strawberries

3⁄4 cup milk

4 T low-fat plain yoghurt

2 T oats

6 fresh mint leaves

1 T honey

Method

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
