The head chef at Wolfgat in Paternoster and winner of the inaugural Eat Out Graham Beck Chefs’ Chef Award, Kobus van der Merwe, has announced the launch of a new miniseries on local screens.

Entitled Wolfgat, the show launched on 23 October on VIA on DStv and will air  on Tuesdays at 5.30pm. The series will consist of seven 30-minute episodes that will showcase the chef’s Paternoster restaurant with the same name, which has also just been nominated for the 2018 Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards. In each episode, Kobus will demonstrate how he makes his dishes using the area’s veldkos and other beach-foraged ingredients.
