The past week saw the restaurant industry not only struggling under the existing level four restrictions, but also having to battle amidst civil unrest in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng. On 15 July, Eat Out’s commissioning editor spoke to Paulo Santo, the owner of AURUM in Sandton, about the impact on the industry and how his restaurant is managing under the circumstances.
