The 2025 Eat Out Woolworths Restaurant Awards is set to dazzle with two of South Africa’s most dynamic entertainers taking the stage as emcees.

Marc Lottering, a comedy veteran with over 20 years in the entertainment industry, brings his infectious wit and charm to the event. Recently inducted into the SA Comic’s Choice Hall of Fame, Marc has conquered stages from Cape Town to London. “It’s extremely difficult to keep me away from an event where I know the food will be fabulous and free!” he quips. 

Joining Marc is the powerhouse Relebogile Mabotja, a true force in entertainment. With two decades of media experience, Relebogile is a multi-award-winning talent who seamlessly transitions between radio, television, hosting, and producing. Her ability to captivate an audience is unmatched, promising to bring star power and excitement to the evening. 

This year’s awards, taking place at the Baxter Theatre Centre in Cape Town on Monday, 31 March, is more than just an awards event – it’s a celebration of South Africa’s most incredible culinary talents. Attendees will have front-row seats as the 2025 Eat Out star restaurants and Special Awards are announced, including the highly anticipated Eat Out Woolworths Restaurant of the Year. 

Adding to the excitement, much-loved radio personality Carl Wastie will make a special appearance, interviewing winners and providing juicy behind-the-scenes insights.
