You might think that hot chocolate is already the perfect winter beverage, but Fattie’s Bakery – who sell their wares at Druid Street Market in London – may just have improved it.
Owner Chloe Timms specialises in caramel confectionary, but it’s her hot chocolate – which has torched marshmallow piped around the rim – that has been the centre of online fervour recently.
SATURDAY @druidstmarket I’M BACK with salted #caramel hot #chocolate complete with a little choc chip malted milk #cookie whilst stocks last from 11am… A post shared by Fatties Bakery (@fattiesbakery) on
The hot chocolate is flavoured with salted caramel before being topped with marshmallow and torched. It’s served with a cookie for dipping in the marshmallow, which answers our number one question: how on earth does one drink this thing?
