Eat Out editor Abigail Donnelly and S.Pellegrino Chef of the Year Chantel Dartnall will be hosting the exclusive launch of Restaurant Mosaic’s 2015 spring menu, entitled Origins, on the day of the southern spring equinox, Wednesday 23 September 2015. All proceeds from the ticket sales will go towards Stop Hunger Now Southern Africa.

The special dinner will feature six courses by chef Chantel Dartnall, each of them paired with a fine wine from the restaurant’s private cellar by sommelier Germain Lehodey. This is the second in a series of Eat Out and Stop Hunger Now SA events, following the announcement of their partnership at the 2014 Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards.
